BROWNSTOWN, Ind. – Authorities at the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office say a Black Chevy pickup truck was pulled over at the intersection of County Roads 700E and 600S, at around 8 a.m., on Tuesday.
During the traffic stop, deputies were able to determine that the vehicle was stolen from Scott County. The driver was identified as Christian Pedigo. While he was being arrested, a deputy says he saw Pedigo trying to hide something. After further investigation, the suspect was allegedly found to be in possession of methamphetamine.
Pedigo is facing charges of possession of stolen property and possession of methamphetamine. Both are level 6 felonies.
