COLUMBUS, Ind. – The Columbus Police Department still has 15 spots left to fill for its “Hook a Kid on Fishing” event at the end of July.
On Wednesday, July 24, from 9a.m. to 3 p.m., local law enforcement will be on hand to have some fun and fish with youth around the Columbus community. Children are welcome to come and fish alongside police officers with equipment, bait, and lunch being provided. No previous fishing experience is required, so all are welcome to register.
