WHITELAND, Ind. – The Johnson County Development Corp announces that the town of Whiteland and Jones Development are breaking ground on the Whiteland Exchange, a 167-acre land site at the intersection of Interstate 65 and Whiteland Road, on Monday, July 15, at 1 p.m. The development includes modern industrial buildings designed for logistics, advanced manufacturing, and related uses.
Jones Development of Kansas City, Missouri, is currently working on the first two buildings of 436,800-square-feet and 168,480-square-feet. The ultimate plan is for a 2.4 million-square-foot speculative industrial development.
Local officials in Whiteland are excited about the opportunity and economic development that the Whiteland Exchange brings to Johnson County.
