COLUMBUS, Ind. – Authorities at the Columbus Police Department (CPD) say they arrested Robert Everroad, 48, of Edinburgh, after pulling him over early Tuesday morning.
Officers stopped Everroad’s car around 1:45 a.m. on Tuesday, and called a canine to the scene who alerted to the smell of narcotics inside his vehicle. After conducting a search, CPD allegedly found methamphetamine and Suboxone inside a bottle between the seats of the car.
Everroad was placed under arrest, transported to the Bartholomew County Jail, and booked on preliminary charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of a controlled substance.
