SEYMOUR, Ind. – Schneck Medical Center has received Press Ganey’s Survey Solutions 2018 Workplace of the Year Award, which recognizes hospitals and health systems that have achieved the highest levels of employee engagement coupled with below-average levels of employee disengagement. Schneck is one of only 45 hospitals in the nation to receive the 2018 honor.
The Seymour health organization received the award for going above and beyond to keep its employee satisfaction at a high level. Schneck Medical Center has consistently achieved high employee satisfaction scores, and low turnover rates while encouraging a healthy work-life balance through wellness programs, a robust benefits package, and professional development.
