FRANKLIN, Ind. – Due to the extreme heat and weather warnings, the Johnson County Fair Board and Poor Jack Amusements are canceling kid’s day at the fair which was supposed to take place today, Saturday, July 20. The Johnson County Fair Board says it wants to protect the safety of its patrons and employees.
The fair opens today at 5 p.m. for normal operation. The midway is offering $15 wristbands for all patrons, from 5 to 8 p.m., or you can purchase $25 wristbands to use from 5 to 11 p.m.
The Board apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause.
