COLUMBUS, Ind. – The Bartholomew County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO) is once again getting the word out about a missing person from Florida. Matthew Jenkins, 29, a white male with blond hair, has been missing for almost a year. He was last seen near Edinburgh on September 22, 2018. He was also spotted in western Bartholomew County about a week prior to that.
BCSO says he has numerous tattoos, one with a very distinct design on his neck. Jenkins also has gauges in his ears. He has been known to wear his long hair pulled back into a ponytail.
