GREENWOOD, Ind. – Center Grove High School (CGHS) honored over 300 students for receiving high scores on their AP tests.
CGHS honored 218 current students who scored at least a “3” on an advanced placement exam for courses they completed during the 2018-19 school year. Students received a certificate that commemorates their accomplishment. There were 133 students who graduated in 2019 who scored above a “3” on the tests during last school year.
The AP tests are standardized exams that measure how well students know the skills of the course they are being tested on. Many colleges and universities grant credit and placement for scores between “3” and “5.”
