BARTHOLOMEW COUNTY, Ind. – The Bartholomew County Highway Department has announced that County Road 1000E, between County Road 400S and the town of Grammer, will not be open to traffic most of this week.
That section of road will be completely closed now through Thursday, September 19, for culvert replacement.
