SEYMOUR, Ind. – The Seymour Police Department has reported that Captain Carl Lamb has been placed on paid administrative leave, pending an Indiana State Police (ISP) investigation involving allegations of ghost employment and official misconduct.
Lamb will not be on the job until the completion of the investigation. An internal inquiry will follow upon completion of the ISP investigation.
