FRANKLIN, Ind. – Franklin Parks and Recreation is once again hosting the Halloween Town Festival on Saturday, October 26, in downtown Franklin.
The celebration starts early at 9 a.m. with a Halloween Hustle 5K Run/Walk, and at 11 a.m. the creepy cabin opens.
Throughout the day, a multitude of Halloween-themed contests and activities for all ages are scheduled.
The Halloween Town Festival concludes in the evening with trick or treating at many of Franklin’s local businesses.
