BROWNSTOWN, Ind. – On September 24, the Jackson County Commissioners issued a county-wide burn ban. As of Thursday, October 17, the commissioners have decided to discontinue the ban.
Campfires, recreational fires, open burning, and burn barrels are all once again allowed.
