COLUMBUS, Ind. – The Bartholomew County Highway Department is advising that Lowell Road Bridge, just east of County Road 325W, is restricted to one lane this morning, Tuesday, November 26.
The closure is expected to start at 9 a.m. and continue until approximately the noon hour.
Drivers are recommended to avoid the area as authorities say there will be backups that could lead to some lengthy delays.
