COLUMBUS, Ind. – The Columbus Regional Health (CRH) Protective Services Department was recently designated a “Program of Distinction” by the International Association for Healthcare Security and Safety (IAHSS). CRH is one of 12 hospital security departments in the county, and one of only two programs of distinction in the state of Indiana, to currently hold the designation.
The IAHSS sets the standard for safety and security in health care. In total, there are only 50 organizations that have earned the honor in the United States and Canada.
