COLUMBUS, Ind. – The Columbus and Bartholomew County DARE program, one of the community’s most supported groups, helps young people within the county by teaching them the dangers of drugs. To continue the program, money is needed.
DARE is getting ready for its annual fish fry on Friday, December 6. Local law enforcement will be at the Columbus American Legion on 25th Street for the fundraiser. For a donation of $8, you get a meal that includes fish or a tenderloin, baked beans, potato salad, and coleslaw. Free delivery is available within Columbus city limits for orders of six or more meals.
All of the proceeds raised benefit the local DARE program in Columbus and Bartholomew County.
