COLUMBUS, Ind. – The Columbus Utilities Service Board, at its Thursday meeting, agreed to the request of Columbus City Utilities to enter into a contract with TD Advertising, a Columbus-based agency that has been handling the utilities provider’s advertising for some time. The contract calls for a fee not to exceed $62,915 in 2020, for services such as promotional materials, media relations, and the annual water quality report.
In other business, the board approved a 2% increase in director Scott Dompke’s salary. Finally, the board okayed a contract with Strand Associates, a Columbus-based engineering firm, to increase capacity at the south wellfield.
