
INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – The Indiana Department of Revenue has announced that individual income tax rates will change in 10 counties, including Jennings, next year.
The new Jennings County rate is 2.5%, a decrease from 3.15%. It is determined by county officials and reported to the Indiana Department of Revenue. Local income tax rates for individuals are based on an employee’s Indiana county of residence as of January 1, 2020.
Other counties to see a rate change include Cass, Decatur, Fulton, Gibson, Hamilton, Henry, Jefferson, Knox, and Tippecanoe.
