INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – Authorities at the Indiana State Police (ISP) reported on Sunday that one of their employees tested positive for Coronavirus.
The employee works in the Indiana State Police Laboratory Division in Indianapolis and was admitted to a local hospital for a medical issue where the employee tested positive for COVID-19. The individual remains hospitalized at this time.
ISP also states that a co-worker who was known to have been working in close proximity to the person with the positive test has since self-quarantined at home. ISP says they are working closely with the Indiana State Department of Health as they continue to monitor the situation.
