COLUMBUS, Ind. – Because of the COVID-19 health crisis and to help protect you, your family, and others, Bartholomew County Clerk Jay Phelps is now encouraging all residents to vote by mail in the upcoming Primary Election scheduled for June 2. Originally, elderly voters were asked to take part in the vote-by-mail process but now everyone in the county is being urged to do so.
You can find the revised 2020 Primary Absentee Ballot Application here. To vote by mail, fill out the form and email it to voterrequest@bartholomew.in.gov. Or, mail the completed form to P.O. Box 924, Columbus, IN, 47202.
