SEYMOUR, Ind. – The Seymour Police Department arrested Jeffrey Forrest, 56, on multiple charges after conducting a traffic stop on Monday afternoon.
Police spotted the suspect driving his car toward Seymour and reportedly knew that he had an active warrant for dealing methamphetamine in Jackson County. He was also supposedly the target of an ongoing join DEA investigation involving the distribution of meth.
During the pullover, officers allegedly recovered 10 grams of meth, $2,259 in cash, 1.4 pounds of marijuana, digital scales, ammunition, and multiple drug-related items.
Forrest was arrested and is facing charges of dealing marijuana, dealing methamphetamine, possession of meth, possession of marijuana, and possession of paraphernalia.
