COLUMBUS, Ind. – The NAACP of Columbus and Bartholomew County is holding a solidarity rally on the steps of Columbus City Hall today, Thursday, June 4. The peaceful protest starts at noon, rain or shine. Attendees are asked to wear a mask due to COVID-19 concerns.
NAACP of Columbus and Bartholomew County is “asking Columbus to come together, peacefully, to call for justice for the victims around the country.” Many protests have been taking place, in all 50 states, after the death of George Floyd last week in Minneapolis.
