FRANKLIN, Ind. – Johnson Memorial Health (JMH) is opening a new emergency department this Monday, August 3. The hospital says the new emergency care facility will focus on high-quality patient care and improved wait time.
The new emergency room is 17,400 square feet and will feature more space, a new ambulance bay, and a helicopter landing area. The project is part of a $47 million addition that is the largest in JMH’s history.
The new main entrance and outpatient services center opened earlier this summer.
