INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – The Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) announced Sunday at noon that almost 1600 additional Hoosiers had been diagnosed with coronavirus in the last two days (892 on Friday and 784 on Saturday). Overall, 67,857 residents have now tested positive for the disease since early March.
The state also says there were four new deaths from the virus, bringing the total to 2,775 residents who have died.
ISDH statistics show that Bartholomew County has recorded 738 cases of COVID-19, Jackson County confirms 551, Jennings County reports 207, and Johnson County documents 1,648 cases of coronavirus.
