COLUMBUS, Ind. – U.S. Congressman Greg Pence has announced the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services’ Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) is distributing State Opioid Response and tribal Opioid Response grant programs.
Indiana is receiving over $28.8 million for those in need of prevention, treatment, and recovery support services.
“Substance abuse disorders plague our communities and Americans need help. I am committed to supporting the help that Hoosiers need to defeat addiction,” said Congressman Pence. “Programs like SAMHSA help our communities battle this crisis at the ground level.”
