COLUMBUS, Ind. – How about a bit of fun news from 2020? The city of Columbus has made the decision to allow families to trick or treat this year.
Columbus Mayor Jim Leinhoop confirmed to Local News Digital Thursday morning that the city will host trick or treating hours on October 31, from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m.
Lienhoop added that homeowners who wish to participate should turn on their porch lights during those hours and those who wish to sit this year out can simply leave their light off.
Trick or Treaters are encouraged to incorporate masks into their costumes.
