INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – The Indiana Economic Development Corporation (IEDC), in partnership with Conexus Indiana, recently announced the third round of Manufacturing Readiness Grants totaling approximately $1.5 million to be awarded to 31 Indiana businesses.
“As a state, it’s critical that we support manufacturers as they modernize their operations and to succeed in today’s 21st-century economy,” said Gov. Eric Holcomb. “This sector has faced unprecedented challenges this year yet these Hoosiers are pushing full steam ahead.”
Poolguard, a North Vernon business that manufactures swimming pool safety devices, received a $56,250 IEDC grant. The company builds electronic-printed circuit boards and is investing in modern technology to allow for growth in productivity and increased efficiencies to meet demands during the pandemic.
