COLUMBUS, Ind. – Bartholomew County REMC will conduct a repair on its Elizabethtown substation on Tuesday, April 27, starting at 7 p.m., which means some residents will be without power for a short time.
The planned power outage is schedule to be less than 30 minutes, according to BCREMC.
Approximately 1,900 customers who reside east of U.S. 31 and south of State Road 46 will be affected. It also affects a small area along 25th Street, west of U.S. 31.
