COLUMBUS, Ind. – A 30-year-old Jonesville area man is dead following a truck/motorcycle crash on South State Road 11, near County Road 850S, on Sunday afternoon.
Bartholomew County Coroner Clayton Nolting said his office was called to the scene of the 4:37 p.m. accident and he pronounced Sterling Albert Wessel dead from massive trauma. Wessel was the operator of the motorcycle that collided with a delivery truck.
The Bartholomew County Sheriff’s Office continues its investigation of the collision.
