COLUMBUS, Ind. – Culver’s of Columbus has arranged a fundraiser for Thursday, September 9, from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., to support the family of Lily Streeval, the local teen who was fatally struck in a hit-and-run crash last week.
Streeval was attempting to board her school bus on Monday morning, August 30. The driver of the vehicle left the scene but was soon caught and arrested by local law enforcement, thanks to assistance from a witness.
According to Culver’s, this Thursday, 25% of all sales throughout the day will be donated to the victim’s family to help cover funeral expenses. Culver’s is on Johnson Boulevard, just off of State Road 46W, in Columbus.
