COLUMBUS, Ind. – The Joint Narcotics Enforcement Team (JNET) and other law enforcement officers from the Bartholomew County Sheriff’s Office and the Columbus Police Department, executed a search warrant at 719 ½ Maple Street, on Tuesday.
During the search, officers located several people inside the house as well as multiple narcotics-related items, including a marijuana-growing operation containing approximately 35 plants.
As a result of the JNET investigation, four people were arrested and remanded to the Bartholomew County Jail.
Ian Nunez, 39, of Columbus, was charged with dealing marijuana, possession of marijuana, possession of meth, visiting a common nuisance, possession of a syringe, and possession of paraphernalia. Derrick Burge, 31, of Greenwood, was booked for possession of cocaine, possession of marijuana, visiting a common nuisance, and possession of a syringe. Sarah Ball, 23, of Columbus, was arrested for possession of marijuana, visiting a common nuisance, and possession of a syringe. Sierra Hollenbeck, 22, of Columbus, faces charges of dealing marijuana, possession of marijuana, maintaining a common nuisance, and possession of a syringe.
