COLUMBUS, Ind. – The Bartholomew County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO) is once again asking you to help “Pack-A-Patrol Car” this year. The annual drive benefits residents who may need a little help during the holiday season.
Today, Saturday, November 13, from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., BCSO will have a patrol vehicle stationed at the westside Walmart on Merchant Mile. Deputies will accept canned goods and non-perishable items for “Pack-A-Patrol Car.”
Now through Monday, November 22, also find containers in the lobbies of the sheriff’s office and the Bartholomew County Courthouse. You can drop off articles at either location.
In the past, the BCSO “Pack-A-Patrol Car” event has collected almost 10,000 food items and non-perishable items for Love Chapel and the Salvation Army thanks to the public’s generosity.
