INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – Bartholomew County’s unemployment rate dropped to 1.9% for the month of October, according to the Indiana Department of Workforce Development. The County’s rate dropped from the 2% rate that was reported in September.
Bartholomew County has a reported labor force of 44,275 which decreased by about 200 compared to September. However, the County has about 100 fewer unemployed residents according to the DWD.
