EDINBURGH, Ind. – Edinburgh Parks and Recreation, the John R. Drybread Community Center, and the town of Edinburgh present the “Holiday of Lights” on Saturday, December 11, from 5 to 10 p.m., in downtown Edinburgh.
Sip hot chocolate, take a carriage ride through Edinburgh’s historic downtown and luminary-lined Main Cross Street, shop locally, and visit jolly ol’ Santa Claus.
Carriage ride tickets are on sale now at the Edinburgh Parks and Recreation office for $25 each. There is still time to register for the ‘Holiday of Lights’ Christmas parade that starts at 5:30 p.m. and will be led by Santa on his sleigh. Call 812-526-3535 or stop by the parks office.
One of Santa’s reindeer and his Elf, Sierra Sprinkle, will be available for pictures from 6:30 to 8 p.m.
