COLUMBUS, Ind. – Small Business Saturday, this Saturday, November 27, is a way to celebrate the impact that small businesses have on the community. Residents are encouraged to shop small this weekend at one of over 550 local retail establishments.
Since the event began in 2010, consumers have spent over $100 billion nationally across all Small Business Saturdays combined. When you “Shop Small,” you support neighborhood favorites and invest in the community.
This holiday tradition aids all kinds of businesses, from the corner store to your favorite local restaurant, to the neighborhood book store, and everything in between.
