COLUMBUS, Ind. – As the students return from winter break, the Bartholomew Consolidated School Corporation (BCSC) has modified its isolation and quarantine protocols to align with the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and Indiana Department of Health guidelines.
Specifically, the modifications reduce the number of days that a person must isolate if testing positive, or quarantine if identified as a close contact, from 10 to 5.
BCSC says the updated regulations are being enacted after consultation with internal stakeholder groups and local medical professionals. For more information and links outlining the BCSC changes go here.
