INDIANAPOLIS – The National Weather Service (NWS) in Indianapolis says a Flood Warning is still in effect for many portions of south-central Indiana, including the counties of Bartholomew, Jackson, Jennings, and Brown. The Flood Warning will continue until Friday at 10 a.m.
Heavy rainfall over a 36-hour period Wednesday and Thursday has caused some flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Total rain amounts two inches or more were measured in some areas in the Flood Warning, according to NWS.
