HAYDEN, Ind. – The Jennings County Emergency Management Agency (EMA) says work is scheduled to begin on Tuesday, March 1, to replace the Six Mile Creek bridge on U.S. 50, at County Road 650W, between North Vernon and Seymour, near Hayden.
Traffic lanes will shift as construction begins. Washington Street will close on or about March 10. Speeds will be reduced and motorists should use extra caution and consider the safety of workers in construction zones.
According to Jennings County EMA, the bridge project is scheduled for completion in late November.
