INDIANAPOLIS – The Indiana State Library has announced the formation of a new statewide e-book consortium, the Indiana Digital Library, launching this Tuesday, March 1.
Nearly 200 public libraries, including Bartholomew County, Johnson County Jackson County, and Jennings County, will share the OverDrive platform to create a consortium of e-books, e-audios, and magazines.
The new partnership, consisting of libraries that serve populations under 150,000, provides the ability to borrow materials from all of the member library collections.
More information about the Indiana Digital Library may be found on the consortium’s website.
