COLUMBUS, Ind. – The Columbus/Bartholomew County COVID-19 Community Task Force announced Thursday afternoon that local coronavirus hospitalizations and daily positive cases have continued to level off and are at their lowest since last summer.
The latest report with statistics through March 9, shows an average of just two cases per day over the last week.
Hospitalizations are also steady and low. Columbus Regional Health averaged about nine daily COVID-19 patients for the week of March 3-9.
