COLUMBUS, Ind. – The upcoming groundbreaking ceremony for the downtown Columbus mixed-use Multi-Family Apartments and Urban Grocer is open to the community. The long-awaited event is scheduled for Thursday, April 21, at 3 p.m., at the location of the future development at Second Street and Lafayette Avenue.
The multi-family development will feature 200 townhouse-type units that will include studio and 1-2 bedroom apartments, an urban grocer on the ground floor that will be accessible to residents as well as the general public, plus additional retail space and parking.
Real estate development firm, Flaherty and Collins Properties, is leading the strategy that began in 2018 but was delayed by the COVID-19 pandemic. For more information on the project, go here.
