COLUMBUS, Ind. – Columbus Regional Health (CRH) is making school sports physical evaluations, conducted by CRH providers over the next several weeks, available for students of Columbus North and East High Schools, plus Hope and Hauser students in grades 5 through 11. Students must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and must complete the IHSAA physical form.
The sports physicals are being offered to any current Columbus North student or incoming Freshman to North High School on Wednesday, April 20, from 6 to 9 p.m. Registration begins at 5:30 p.m. and the cost is $30.
Hauser students can get evaluated at Hauser High School on Wednesday, May 11, from 6 to 8 p.m., for $25.
And, the opportunity for current Columbus East students and incoming Freshmen is Monday, May 16, from 6 to 8 p.m. at East High School. Again, registration is at 5:30 p.m. and the cost is $30.
All proceeds from all three sports physicals nights go to the schools’ athletic departments. For more information contact your school’s athletic office.
