NORTH VERNON, Ind. – The Jennings County Sheriff’s Office (JCSO) responded Monday evening to an address in Country Squire Lakes in reference to a welfare check on a two-year-old child. JCSO says four individuals were arrested without incident and are currently being held in the Jennings County Jail.
