NASHVILLE, Ind. – Further investigation by Indiana State Police (ISP) investigators and a review by Brown County Prosecutor Ted Adams has revealed additional facts about the officer-involved shooting that occurred in Nashville, Indiana, on April 20.
The investigation concluded that the officer “exercised remarkable restraint” as “the suicidal male pointed his firearm three separate times at the deputy prior to being shot. The suicidal male’s intent and actions were to commit suicide by cop.”
