COLUMBUS, Ind. – Columbus Regional Health presents QMIX Musical Fireworks XXXII, “Sparks Will Fly,” to kick off the Independence Day holiday weekend. The family fun begins this Friday, July 1, at 5:30 p.m., in the Ivy Tech parking lot with games, face-painting for the kids, vendors, and food.
Big Top Productions provides a free magic show at 6 p.m. to get the crowd ready for the spectacular, patriotic, and choreographed-to-music fireworks display at 10 p.m.
Don’t forget to tune in to QMIX 107.3 for updates before and after the show. And of course, have your radio on QMIX 107.3 during the show to get the full effect of the fireworks being synched to the music.
More than 50,000 people are expected to attend the free Independence Day gift to the community, making it the largest one-day event in Bartholomew County.
