TAYLORSVILLE, Ind. – A motorcyclist was seriously hurt after going airborne on his motorcycle on Saturday.
The Bartholomew County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO) was dispatched to a personal injury accident at mile-marker 75 on I-65 at about 5:15 p.m. Upon arrival, German Township Fire Department personnel and BCSO deputies provided treatment to the injured man.
The driver, Caleb Burrows, 30, of Indianapolis, became airborne after hitting a concrete barrier. Burrows, who was wearing a helmet at the time of the crash, was conscious and responsive at the scene. He was then life-lined to an Indianapolis hospital for treatment.
