COLUMBUS, Ind. – Legal Aid District 11 is hosting a free walk-in legal clinic for Bartholomew County community members on Tuesday, July 26, at the Legal Aid office in Columbus in the United Way Center, 1531 13th St. The free clinic for low-income residents is from 3 to 5 p.m.
Individuals in Legal Aid District 11 who come to the Bartholomew County walk-in clinic this Tuesday will receive a 10-minute consultation where an attorney will answer general questions, offer legal information, and give other limited assistance or advice.
From 3 to 4 p.m., Tuesday’s walk-in clinic will focus on general advice like wills, divorce, custody, etc. And, attendees can get legal advice on evictions and landlord negotiations from 4 to 5 p.m.
