COLUMBUS, Ind. —A flash flood warning is in effect until 1:30 p.m. for northeastern Bartholomew County, plus Decatur, Jackson, and Jennings Counties, according to Bartholomew County Emergency Management.
Between 1 to 2 inches of rain have fallen, but 0.5 to 1.5 more inches of rain are possible in the areas affected.
According to the National Weather Service, flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
