EDINBURGH, Ind. – Hilton recently recognized the hotel teams and their respective leaders as Award of Excellence recipients for their 2022 accomplishments. The annual awards program acknowledges hotels across the U.S. and Canada for exceptional performance among several key customer criteria, including cleanliness and overall customer service and satisfaction.
Considered one of the most prestigious honors among Hilton properties, the Award of Excellence recipients demonstrated the highest level of quality and service across the brand in its division. The criteria to win this award include the hotel’s Overall Guest Experience, Overall Guest Service, and Quality Assurance Scores.
Out of 778 Hilton Garden Inn branded hotels, Hilton Garden Inn-Columbus/Edinburgh is one of just 32 properties in the U.S. and Canada to win this prestigious distinction. “This is a testament to the dedication and professionalism of our team. Of over 2,400 Hampton Inns, Hampton Inn and Suites-Franklin is one of only 122 properties in North America to win the award. “it is a great accomplishment and shows what a team can achieve when working toward a common goal,” said Hampton Inn and Suites Franklin G.M. Debbie Speziale.
