NORTH VERNON, Ind. — A Jennings County man has been charged with several sexual-related offenses.
In April 2023, Scotty Williams was arrested by Deputy John Hartman with the Jennings County Sheriff’s Office (JCSO) for drug-related charges.
A couple of days later, a victim came to JCSO to report being sexually battered, harassed, confined, and intimidated by Williams. The case was presented to the Jennings Country Prosecutor’s Office which resulted in formal charges against Williams.
