COLUMBUS, Ind. – Several local fire departments responded to a large structure fire on Dawson Street, just off State Road 11 near Denios Creek on Friday afternoon, according to Bartholomew County Sheriff Chris Lane.
By the time the blaze was extinguished, the house had suffered major damage and was apparently a total loss. There were no injuries reported by emergency crews.
